General Visitation Guidelines:
At Kego Cares, we recognize how important family, friends, and loved ones are to the overall well-being of our residents. While we encourage regular visits and meaningful connections, we also prioritize the safety, privacy, and health of everyone in our care.
Visiting Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Scheduling: While walk-in visits are welcome, we encourage scheduling in advance for a smoother experience and to avoid overlap with resident care activities.
Check-In Required: All visitors must sign in upon arrival and check out before leaving the premises.
Resident Privacy: Please respect quiet times, roommates, and other residents’ privacy during your visit.
Supervision: Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Health & Safety Protocols:
To help ensure a healthy environment for our residents:
- Visitors experiencing any symptoms of illness (cough, fever, sore throat, etc.) should postpone their visit.
- Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility and should be used upon entry and exit.
- Masks may be requested during flu season or under public health advisories.
